**What you'll be getting up to**:
**Primary skills**:

- Sound knowledge of Cricket and other sports( should be sports enthusiast with current on-going games )
- Have some background/ working process of online games / casino

**Responsibilities**:
Telesales and telemarketing calls to:

- Should be able sell services on call
- Follow -up with registered customer for immediate deposit
- Attempt to persuade existing / old customer to come back
- Ability to learn changes as required
- Work with Customer Support and Payments team to ensure smooth operational flow

Work with India Market Manager and Operations team to ensure top standards are maintained and reports and escalations happen in timely manner

**R**equirements**:

- Should be a native Hindi speaker with excellent English communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft office
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
