
Personal Assistant to CEO

We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the CEO at makeO. This role involves managing both professional and personal responsibilities, requiring a high level of discretion, time management, and communication skills. You will act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring the CEO’s day-to-day life runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Professional Support: Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO. Prepare presentations, reports, documents, and minutes of meetings. Follow up on key action items, deadlines, and priorities across business functions. Handle sensitive business information with strict confidentiality. Assist with event coordination and high-level business meetings.
Personal Support:
Manage personal calendar, appointments, and family-related coordination when needed. Handle personal errands, reservations, shopping, and gifting. Coordinate with household staff, vendors, and service providers. Manage travel planning (personal/family), logistics, and documentation. Provide support in managing personal commitments and tasks efficiently
Key Requirements:
Graduate with 3-6 years of experience in a similar role supporting CXOs or founders. Prior experience handling both professional and personal responsibilities is a must. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office tools. Highly discreet, trustworthy, and dependable. Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills. Comfortable with a flexible schedule and availability beyond office hours when required.
Preferred Background:
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
