**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries and issues.
- Provide accurate information about products/services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations efficiently.
- Process and verify customer authorizations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Generate reports on customer interactions and call outcomes.
- Adhere to call scripts and quality standards to meet service benchmarks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Follow up on pending queries to ensure timely resolution.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in customer service (domestic or international calling).
- Experience in customer authorization processes and verification.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer queries in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience handling international customers.
- Familiarity with customer service best practices.
- Experience managing escalations and following standard operating procedures.

Pay: ₹10,173.80 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
