**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Responsible for recruitment, head hunting of Mechanic to Managerial level.
- Responsible for the employee on boarding formalities
- Managing the recruitment process.
- Handling End to end recruitment.
- Sourcing resumes through Database, Job Portal (Naukri and Indeed), References, Networking, headhunting etc..
- Screening & Shortlisting resumes as per the client requirement.
- Pre-joining and post-joining follow-ups.
- Handle employee queries
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good Communication Skill, Convincing Power & Result oriented.
- Maintaining MIS report.
