About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in human resources and a solid understanding of HR policies, statutory compliances, and labour laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, and employee records management.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other labour laws.
  • Maintain and update employee files, HR databases, and records.
  • Handle employee queries and grievances professionally.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement activities, and other HR initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist management with policy implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, rules, and Indian labour laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
