About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in human resources and a solid understanding of HR policies statutory compliances and labour laws Key Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end HR operations including recruitment onboarding attendance payroll and employee records management Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF ESI Gratuity and other labour laws Maintain and update employee files HR databases and records Handle employee queries and grievances professionally Support performance management and appraisal processes Coordinate training sessions employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives Prepare HR reports and assist management with policy implementation Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or a related field Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience Strong knowledge of HR practices rules and Indian labour laws Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Work Location In person
