We are looking for **Telesales Executive** to Join our Team

Location**:Faridabad**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation and Prospecting**
- Build and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and ensure timely follow-up to convert leads.

**Outbound and Inbound Sales Calls**
- Make outbound calls to potential students, introducing them to the franchise opportunity and gauging their interest.
- Respond to inbound inquiries, addressing potential students' questions, and providing relevant information on franchise benefits, requirements, and processes.

**Lead Nurturing and Relationship Building**
- Maintain regular communication with prospects throughout their decision-making process, addressing any concerns or objections that may arise.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, legal) to ensure potential franchisees receive necessary information and support.

**Record-Keeping and Reporting**
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress with prospects using the company’s CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback on sales targets, lead quality, and campaign effectiveness.

**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years in telesales, outbound sales, or customer service,

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Persuasive selling techniques and an understanding of courses.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
