**Job Overview**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining positive relationships with our clients. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for customer engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Generate leads and build customer pipelines.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback.
- Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the team leader/manager.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in telecalling, sales, or customer service.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Pay: ₹10,999.20 - ₹15,999.00 per month
