**Position**: Telecaller for Legal Services

**Location**: Faridabad

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle outbound and inbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in our legal services through platforms like Indiamart and our website.
- Engage in persuasive and informative conversations to explain our legal offerings and benefits to potential clients.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and determine their legal needs.
- Schedule appointments for prospective clients to speak with our legal experts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with our legal team to gather necessary information to address client inquiries effectively.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance legal knowledge and communication skills.

**Requirements**:

- A strong background in commerce, business studies, or related fields.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with commercial and business legal terminology is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A self-motivated and target-driven individual with the ability to manage and prioritize bulk calling.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
