**Role Brief**:.

The role is to assist in preparing food in kitchen under supervision of Chefs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting in the food preparation process
- Cooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishes.
- Helping with deliveries and restocking
- Assisting with stock rotation cleaning stations
- Contributing to maintaining kitchen, food safety standards and hygiene
- Adhering to company procedures in regards to temperature checks, food labelling and dating, cleaning schedules and hygiene regulations at all times ensuring that all records are maintained.
- Min 6 months of experience in kitchen assisting Chef preferably continental food.
- High level of attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively in a kitchen environment
- Team player
- Excellent Knife Skills
- Preferred Culinary certificate from recognized institution

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
