**Job Descriptions**:

- Floating inquiries to various as per requisitions received from used department.
- Follow up for quotation in case of delay
- Forwarding quotation to user department for technical confirmation
- Making techno-commercial comparison based on approved technical quotes
- Draft purchase order generation in system
- Follow up for material delivery to ensure smooth operation/eliminate breakdown condition
- Coordination with party and factory in case of any quality issue/wrong supply of material
- To arrange meeting with supplier in case of any dispute regarding material quality/quantity or any other issue
- Stock report of sugar production and dispatch
- Reconciliation report of Jar rejection, wad, sleeve and others
- New vendor development and negotiation with the supplier
- Bill checking, processing of invoice, coordination with supplier in case there is some problem with invoice
- Any other assignment given by management from time to time, as per company requirement
