Job Title: Senior Manager

The production senior manager plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of products as per the production target.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. To monitor and ensure yield, wastage, WIP & operation expenses of compression area.
  2. To coordinate with tablet sub-department, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and engineering department to achieve production delivery as per production schedule.
  3. To ensure daily production report and submit it to higher management.
  4. To conduct periodic qualification of equipment and process validation as per schedule.
  5. To raise change control for new equipment installation and complete I.Q, O.Q, and P.Q of new equipment.
  6. To raise deviation for unplanned or any incident-based activity performed related to process, quality, or any other.
  7. To perform SAP entry related to manufacturing area and prepare a Purchase indent in SAP.
  8. To ensure execution of new product/ANDA product as per schedule.
  9. To maintain the production building and premises.
  10. To review SOPs/BMRs & Qualification protocol and reports.
  11. To implement quality policy in compression area.
  12. To develop people through training and development programs.
  13. To identify cost-effective improvements and measure to control expenses.
  14. To ensure preventive maintenance of equipment and departmental documents as per regulatory requirements for compression area.
  15. To ensure the quality of the product and involvement in complaint investigation.
  16. To maintain work discipline and cleanliness in production area and ensure readiness of compression area for regulatory/external and internal audit.
  17. To prepare Standard Operating Procedure.
  18. To handle deviation, initiation of change control, and CAPA.
