Operations Director

To lead the Granulation department in developing new products, ensuring timely delivery as per production targets.

The role involves monitoring yield, wastage, and operational expenses, as well as coordinating with sub-departments to achieve production goals.

• Coordinate with tablet manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and engineering departments for production delivery.
• Submit daily production reports to senior management.
• Maintain equipment qualification and process validation schedules.
• Raise change control for new equipment installations and complete IQ, OQ, and PQ processes.
• Document SAP entries related to manufacturing and prepare purchase orders.
• Execute new product/ANDA products according to schedule.
• Maintain production building and premises cleanliness.
• Review and release batch manufacturing records for next stages.
• Review SOPs/BMRs & Qualification protocol and reports.
• Implement quality policy in Granulation area.
• Develop team members through training and improve cost-effective measures to control expenses.
• Perform preventive maintenance of equipment and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Ensure product quality, investigate complaints, and promote work discipline and cleanliness.
