**Responsibilities**:
**Academic Guidance and Support**:
Provide advice on course selection and academic planning to students based on their interests, abilities, and career goals.

Help students develop study plans and time management strategies.

Assist students in understanding degree requirements, graduation plans, and academic policies.

**Monitoring Student Progress**:
Track students' academic performance, identify areas where they might be struggling, and provide appropriate interventions.

Offer strategies for overcoming academic challenges, such as improving study habits or addressing issues like procrastination.

**Career Counseling**:
Guide students in understanding career opportunities related to their field of study and advise on internships, job prospects, and postgraduate programs.

Help students assess their strengths, interests, and values to make informed career decisions.

**Emotional and Personal Support**:
Provide a listening ear for students facing personal challenges that may impact their academic performance or well-being.

Refer students to mental health professionals or other campus resources when necessary.

**Organizing Workshops and Seminars**:
Conduct workshops on academic skills (e.g., study techniques, time management) or career development (e.g., resume writing, interview skills).

Organize seminars that address various student concerns such as stress management, study skills, and mental health awareness.

**Communication with Faculty and Staff**:
Collaborate with professors and other academic staff to stay informed about student progress and academic issues.

Serve as a liaison between students and faculty to resolve academic concerns or conflicts.
