**Seller/Supplier/Vendor Onboarding**:
You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential vendors, guiding them through the onboarding process, and maintaining strong relationships to support ongoing collaboration.

**Vendor Relationship Management**:

- Researching new vendors in the market
- Reviewing new vendors & their products & onboarding them and maintaining long lasting relationships with existing vendors.
- Negotiating product pricing and contracts with vendors
- Monitoring sales trends to determine fastest selling products
- Communicating vendor responsibilities and obligations
- Acting as an intermediary between vendors and stakeholders
- Coordinating all vendor management activities and processes. Troubleshooting any vendor issues Suggesting vendor management processes, policies, and
methods
- Maintaining and updating all vendor documentation
- Ensuring all vendor activities adhere to our company policies
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services to existing vendors.

**Reporting**:
Analyze data related to partner and client interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Prepare and present regular reports to management on partnership and client performance.

Utilize data insights to make informed decisions and optimize relationship management strategies.

**Market Research**:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.

Conduct market research to identify potential partners and clients.

**Education-**

Any bachelor’s degree/bachelor's degree in agriculture, animal husbandry business, Marketing, or a related field (master's degree preferred).

**Expectation-**
- Proven experience in partnership and seller relationship management in the Ecommerce industry is a must.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Should have excellent understanding of marketplace seller onboarding process & product listings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
