**Compliance Executive**:
- Key Responsibilities for Compliance Executive:_
- Assist the recruitment team, with a focus on medicine and nursing.
- Develop, implement, and manage compliance policies and procedures.
- Track applicant statuses and maintain accurate records.
- Serve as the main point of contact for compliance-related inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes.
**Healthcare Recruiter**:
- Key Responsibilities for Healthcare Recruiter:_
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to on-boarding.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in healthcare recruitment.
**Qualifications for Both Roles**:
- _Compliance Executive:_ Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 3 year of compliance experience, fluent in English, ATS experience is a plus, strong communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office.
- _Healthcare Recruiter: _Degree in any field, 2-3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, particularly in sourcing, screening, and recruiting healthcare professionals.
