**Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter**

Location: Remote, anywhere in Kerala

We are seeking an experienced healthcare recruiter to join our team and help us find the best Registered Nurses (RNs) for our clients in the US. As a healthcare recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing RNs in full-time permanent positions across the United States.

**Responsibilities**:

- Source and recruit RNs through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Negotiate job offers, compensation packages, and other employment terms.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, **specifically in recruiting RNs for full-time permanent positions in the US**.
- Knowledge of healthcare staffing and recruitment best practices, regulations, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
