Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Outreach**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell loan products.
- Handle inbound calls from interested customers and provide detailed information about loan options.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain a deep understanding of all loan products offered by the bank.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive products.
- **Sales Process**:

- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable loan products.
- Explain the features, benefits, and terms of loan products clearly and accurately.
- Follow the sales process from initial contact to closing the sale and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Update customer records and track interactions in the CRM system.
- **Targets and Reporting**:

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Knowledge of loan products and financial services.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Attributes**:

- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
