As an Online Bidder, you will play a crucial role in generating business opportunities through online platforms and marketplaces. This position requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of success in the IT services industry.

**Responsibility**:

- Generate business via web portals like Upwork**.**:

- Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand clients' requirements and acquisition.
- Analyze project requirements and prepare detailed proposals and quotations in response to client inquiries.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Participate in the bidding process, including submitting proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals to secure new projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Online Bidder or similar role in the IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of online bidding platforms and marketplaces, with a track record of winning projects and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and negotiate effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
