**Overview**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele caller for B2B customers in USA to verify leads either by calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing customers to signup for our products or services.

Minimum 3 years USA/ International tele calling experience.

Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
- Persistent and results-oriented.
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
- Excellent phone manner and articulation.
- Ability to type a minimum 40 WPM (words per minute).

**Responsibilities**:

- Answers questions about product specifications and pricing
- Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches
- Contact businesses by telephone to verify their interest in our products/ services.
- Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory.

Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times.

**Job Types**:Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
