**Job Description: Parent Support Counselor (Specializing in Neurodiverse Children)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Emotional Support**:

- Offer empathetic listening and reassurance to parents.
- Provide encouragement as parents navigate raising neurodiverse children.
- **Educational Guidance**:

- Explain our programs' features and benefits tailored to neurodiverse children.
- Educate parents on sensory stimulation and early brain development strategies.
- **Specialized Expertise**:

- Provide strategies for supporting children with autism and related conditions.
- Stay updated on research and best practices in neurodiverse child development.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
- Foster a supportive community among parents using our programs.
- **Product Upselling**:

- Identify opportunities to introduce additional beneficial products.
- Balance support and sales to ensure parents feel guided, not pressured.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain detailed records of parent interactions and child progress.
- Follow up to provide ongoing support.
- **Multi-tasking and Time Management**:

- Manage multiple parent accounts efficiently.
- Prioritize tasks to meet parent needs and organizational goals.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in counseling, psychology, special education, or a related field.
- Fluency in any language with strong English proficiency.
- Experience supporting parents of neurodiverse children, particularly those with autism.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with parents.
