Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating room and banquet sales for the hotel by actively seeking and engaging with potential corporate clients, travel agents, event organizers, and walk-ins. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to drive revenue growth and enhance the hotel's brand reputation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Maintain relationships with existing corporate clients and travel agents.
- Conduct regular sales visits to prospective clients, companies, and event planners.
- Handle group bookings, meetings, and conference inquiries.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall hotel revenue.
- Maintain updated knowledge of hotel services, rates, and promotions.
- Coordinate with the front office, banquet, and F&B departments for smooth execution of bookings.
- Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and present performance updates.
- Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Handle guest and client queries with professionalism and promptness.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality sales (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software (e.g., IDS, Opera).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
**Working Conditions**:
- Flexible working hours based on client meetings and hotel events.
- Field visits required for client acquisition and relationship management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
