**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various marketing channels (online & offline).
- Promote company products and services to potential clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.
- Manage social media campaigns and digital promotions.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers for repeat business.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute campaigns effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of marketing/sales experience (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
