Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for connecting with potential leads, understanding their needs, and converting them into qualified prospects for our real estate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads database.
  • Explain real estate offerings, investment opportunities, and services to potential customers.
  • Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to nurture and convert them.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and call records regularly.
  • Schedule meetings or site visits for the field sales team.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries with professionalism and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and on-ground sales team to optimize conversions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & regional languages).
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
  • Prior experience in telesales, real estate, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
  • High level of self-motivation and target orientation.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
