**Job Title**: Inside Sales Executive - EdTech (UG/PG Courses)

**Location**: Noida
**Experience**: Minimum 6 months in Inside Sales or EdTech Sales
**Salary**: Up to ₹45,000 in-hand
**Education**: Graduation mandatory
**Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Conversion**:

- Engage with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, inbound calls, and website inquiries.
- **Counseling & Selling**:

- Counsel prospective students and working professionals about the UG/PG programs.
- Provide accurate and complete information about courses, curriculum, eligibility, and career outcomes.
- Guide them through the enrollment process and close sales effectively.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiry to enrollment.
- **CRM Management**:

- Update and manage leads in the CRM system (e.g., LeadSquared, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Track progress and follow up on leads diligently and on schedule.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally across all channels.
- Handle objections and queries in a patient and convincing manner.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with marketing, academic counselors, and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and student concerns.
- **Market Knowledge**:

- Stay updated with course offerings, competitors, and industry trends to position offerings effectively.
- Understand the needs of different customer segments and customize pitch accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in inside sales (preferably in EdTech or academic sales).
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Strong English and Hindi communication skills (written & verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
