**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive **Tele Sales Executive** to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for connecting with potential leads, understanding their needs, and converting them into qualified prospects for our real estate solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads database.
- Explain real estate offerings, investment opportunities, and services to potential customers.
- Maintain and update customer databases and call records regularly.
- Schedule meetings or site visits for the field sales team.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries with professionalism and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the marketing and on-ground sales team to optimize conversions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & regional languages).
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
- Prior experience in telesales, real estate, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
- High level of self-motivation and target orientation.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
