**Key Responsibilities**:
**Import & Export Operations**:

- Oversee and manage all import and export activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and suppliers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Ensure all shipments comply with local and international trade regulations, including customs documentation and duty payments.
- Track inbound and outbound shipments, resolving any discrepancies or delays.

**Customs Compliance & Documentation**:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of import/export regulations, tariffs, and trade policies.
- Ensure accurate documentation, including Bill of Lading, Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, and Certificates of Origin.

**Vendor & Stakeholder Management**:

- Collaborate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to enhance operational efficiency.
- Negotiate with logistics providers to optimize shipping costs and improve service levels.
- Coordination with the Procurement team.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, with a strong focus on import and export operations.
- In-depth knowledge of international Import and Export, trade laws, customs regulations, and freight management.
- Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹36,344.35 per month
