**Location**:Mysuru

This position is responsible for taking precise measurements to determine property boundaries. Need to provide data relevant to the shape and contour of the Earths surface construction projects. Good at Earthwork/Volume Survey, Working with CAD Drawings. Setup Layout Plan on site Demarcation and Digitization Of physical Features. Regular checking of survey control points, survey Records, checking of alignment & Layout, Centre Line marking, Auto cad plotting, Physical checking for accuracy of survey Instrument Total Station, Auto Level. Preparing and maintaining sketches, maps, reports of legal descriptions of surveys, establish maps and boundaries for ownership.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Role in calculating land boundaries in various locations and generating accurate maps
- As a Land Surveyor you will need to be highly organized and detailed.
- Earthwork / Volume survey, working with CAD drawings & Digitization of physical features
- Site visits, assessments and projections for future work
- Good knowledge of drafting in AUTO CAD, Google Earth, and Bhoomiti as per the user department s requirement.
- Knowledge on Legal documentation for Title clearance.
- Coordinating with Projects, legal teams, and land owners in formulating the agreement Registration of proposed land.
- Coordinating with Govt bodies (Revenue/SRO/Mandal Surveyor) for Village Maps, Survey FMBs, Sub-division, and other related documents.
- Proficient in Land surveys using GPS, Total Station, and Chain link surveys and fixing the land boundaries.
- Well versed with measure land features, such as depth & shape.
- Prepare maps & land reports, provide reports & findings to clients or potential contractors.
- Purchase & maintain required equipment for effectively completing surveys.

**Desired Profile**
- BE / Dip. in civil engineering with 3-4 years of experience
- Good numerical skills and the ability to make mathematical calculations
- Logical thinking, Problem solving and analytical skills
- Take distance measurement, angular measurement, data processing, digital display of point details, storing data, electronic field book.
- Use equipment and tools to accurately measure land features (e.g. longitudes, latitudes)
- Build maps, sketches, and charts
- Search legal records, survey records, and land titles in order to obtain information about property boundaries in areas to be surveyed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and Ability to work independently

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
