**SURVEYOR**

**Site Analysis and Preparation**:

- Conduct detailed surveys to determine the location, dimensions, and contours of land or structures.
- Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys.
- Research previous survey evidence, maps, deeds, physical evidence, and other records to obtain data needed for surveys.

**Setting Out and Marking**:

- Establish and mark site boundaries based on project plans and legal descriptions.
- Set out the locations for new structures and ensure all work is carried out within legal boundaries.

**Measuring and Mapping**:

- Measure angles, distances, and elevations using various surveying instruments such as GPS, total stations, and levels.
- Create detailed and accurate maps and plans from survey data.

**Construction Support**:

- Provide technical support to construction teams to ensure projects are built in accordance with design plans.
- Verify the accuracy of construction work by performing periodic checks and making adjustments as necessary.

**Data Management**:

- Maintain and update records of survey data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to process and analyze survey data.

**Legal and Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure that all surveying activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Prepare and present findings to clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders.

**Coordination and Communication**:

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to understand project requirements and provide necessary survey data.
- Communicate findings and provide technical advice to ensure that all parties are informed and aligned.

**Health and Safety**:
Adhere to health and safety regulations and ensure that survey operations do not pose risks to workers or the public.

Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures on site.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

**Technical Skills**:
Proficiency in using surveying equipment (e.g., GPS, total stations, levels).

Competence in CAD and other mapping software.

Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

**Knowledge**:

- In-depth understanding of construction processes and legal aspects of land surveying.
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations related to surveying and construction.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Educational Background**:
A degree in surveying, geomatics, civil engineering, or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
