**Job Title: Customer Support**

As a Tele caller at NAMOEV, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products/services and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products/services, gather information, and generate leads.
- Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and ensure customer inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Assist in achieving sales targets by effectively communicating the benefits of our offerings and closing sales.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share valuable customer insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent Hindi / English verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
