**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for handling IT requirements for US based Projects and Customers
- Post Job positions on portals
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal team members, staffing vendors and independent consultants to help identify and source qualified talents
- Adhere & practise guidelines & standards and follow up on established processes and procedures required

**Desirable Skills & Qualification**:

- Desired 1+ Years of experience with US staffing & recruitment process
- Good understanding of the IT Terms,Technologies, Products and Trends
- Must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Dynamic/ Smart/ Energetic / Good Attitude/ willing to learn
- Must be willing to work in late evening and night shift

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:
