Key Responsibilities

1. Specializing in IT operations and adept at planning, implementing, and overseeing key improvements to drive business growth and efficiency
2. Managing and maintaining IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability
3. Utilizing troubleshooting skills to resolve network, hardware, and other IT-related system issues promptly
4. Managing network infrastructure and system performance, including conducting troubleshooting, security patching, and maintenance
5. Demonstrating expertise in IT Security, SOC & MSD operations, IT systems management, and SAP administration

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2. Proven experience in IT operations, networking, hardware and infrastructure management
3. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
6. Knowledge of security best practices and procedures

6. Overseeing the safety of employees and assets by enforcing security policies and procedures and monitoring security systems
7. Developing and implementing measures and procedures to protect IT systems from cyber threats and data breaches.
8. Regularly reviewing the health status of IT infrastructure and taking necessary steps to maintain optimal performance.
9. Conducting security audits to identify vulnerabilities and implementing measures to harden IT systems
10. Analyzing network security and current infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
11. Providing troubleshooting and server support in both in-person and remote solutions
12. Resolving issues related to operational components for LAN and WAN
13. Managing database backup procedures to ensure data integrity and availability
