Please find below the Job details:
Gathering requirements from the clients, analyzing the requirement with them to assess the exact

requirement with respect to technology, hiring location, level of hiring, deadline, number of resources required etc.

Sourcing the relevant profiles from References and various job portals like Naukri.

Screening and short listing of resumes-based skill sets, Experience, projects.

Working Experience on Drives and Bulk Hiring For the clients.

Recruiting highly specialized Technical mid to senior level professionals
- for more involved in

permanent placements.

Interacting with the client Spoc to get and understanding the requirements.

Making Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports.

Training newly recruited staff to make them understand the system and process of work.

Coordination for joining formalities.

Non-IT Requirements
- Design engineer, Piping engineer, Electrical Engineer, Automation Engineer, Etc.
