**Talent Acquisition Intern**:

**Objectives of this Role**:
Strong understanding of the role being hired for.-
- Strong understanding of the selection criteria.-
- Assist Talent Acquisition Specialists with ad hoc work related to screening, shortlisting and ATS Management.-
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify the staffing needs and then to understand the recruitment process.- Managing recruitment data/documents.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
- 0 - 1 year of internship experience.-
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.-
- Familiarity with social media, resume database and professional networks-
- Basic understanding about recruitment and willing to learn-
- Understanding of ATS is optional.- A keen understanding between various roles and departments within organizations.
- Basic understanding of HR Fundamentals & Employee Lifecycle.
