**Executive Assistant to CEO**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities and duties**:

- Work closely with the CEO and Senior Management to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Ability to take minutes of meetings and draft / edit written documents and correspondence independently. To conduct research/ analysis as directed by the CEO. To produce reports for the CEO as and when required. - To follow up on action points from meetings on behalf of the CEO.
- Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
- Making of Power Point Presentation.
- Any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post.

**Work Experience**:
Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience as an EA supporting directly to senior management.
- Advanced Microsoft office skills, with an ability to become familiar with software.

**Salary**: 13 LPA to 15 LPA

**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
