Job Summary: Customer Support Executive: The role focuses on handling SAP-based order confirmations (OC), quotations (quote), and sales orders (SO) with precision, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage SAP processes, including Order Confirmations (OC), Quotations (quote), and Sales Orders (SO) accurately. 2. Collaborate with sales, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of order-related issues. 3. Track and update supervisors on order status, delivery timelines, and any delays. 4. Maintain and update customer records and documentation in SAP and CRM systems. 5. Generate regular reports on customer support performance, order status, and key metrics. 6. Quotation Creation and Management: Create and manage accurate sales quotations in the SAP system in alignment with company guidelines and pricing policies. Ensure all quotations include correct details, including product pricing, terms, delivery timelines, and special conditions. Validate data accuracy in customer master records, product master data, and pricing configurations. Proactively identify and resolve errors or inconsistencies in quotation details. Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies in all quotation processes. 7. Customer Focus: Ensure customer requirements are met efficiently through timely and accurate quotations. Address customer concerns or queries related to quotations in coordination with the sales team. **Requirements**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 4-5 years of experience in customer support, sales coordination, or order management. Proficiency in SAP (Order Confirmation, Quotation, Sales Orders) is mandatory. Strong understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution processes, including master data, pricing, and order-to-cash workflows. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
