**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outbound and Inbound Calls**:

- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to generate leads and close sales.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about products and services.

**Sales Pitch and Product Knowledge**:

- Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the customer's needs.
- Stay updated on product offerings, features, pricing, and promotions.
- Address customer questions and concerns to build trust and credibility.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Collect feedback and provide after-sales support when necessary.

**Sales Targets**:

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products or services.

**Database Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in CRM systems.
- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.

**Market Intelligence**:

- Gather insights about customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- A pleasant and confident telephone voice.
- Multitasking and time-management abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
