**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Instagram Magic**: Create, plan, and post engaging Instagram reels, stories, and posts aligned with brand aesthetics and messaging.
- **Photography & Videography**: Capture high-quality photos and videos that tell a compelling story and resonate with our audience.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated with Instagram and social media trends, incorporating them into fresh and exciting content ideas.
- **Content Ideation**: Brainstorm and implement innovative concepts to enhance engagement and drive brand visibility.
- **Editing Skills**: Use editing tools/apps to refine photos and videos, ensuring a professional look and feel.
- **Community Engagement**: Interact with followers, respond to comments, and build an authentic online presence.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with broader brand goals.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong passion for Instagram, social media, and digital trends.
- Creative mindset with a knack for storytelling through reels, videos, and visuals.
- Basic photography and videography skills (professional experience not required but a plus).
- Familiarity with photo and video editing tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, CapCut, or similar apps.
- Good understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement strategies.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication, Media, Digital Marketing, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
