**Responsibilities**:

- Manage General Administration:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the factory, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes.
- Monitor and manage production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Recruitment:

- Participate in the recruitment and selection process for hiring qualified staff.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the HR department.
- Purchase Coordination:

- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely procurement of raw materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms and prices.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock management.
- Logistics Coordination:

- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure efficient transportation and delivery of finished goods.
- Oversee shipping and receiving processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
- Labour Recruitment and Attendance Management:

- Oversee labor recruitment, ensuring an adequate workforce to meet production requirements.
- Monitor attendance records and manage leaves and shifts effectively.
- Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Preventive and Regular Maintenance Planning:

- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure the optimal functioning of machinery and equipment.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to perform preventive and regular maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene:

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, promoting hygiene and safety practices.
- Implement and enforce cleanliness standards throughout the facility.
- Oversee waste management and recycling initiatives.
- Stock and Store Management:

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of raw materials and finished goods.
- Implement effective stock management practices, including cycle counting and regular audits.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize storage and retrieval processes.
- Coordinate with Department Heads:

- Work closely with department heads to address and resolve any operational issues.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration between departments.
- Align teams towards common goals and objectives.

10.Statutory Compliance Coordination:

- Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory regulations, including labor laws, environmental regulations, health and safety standards, and any other relevant legal requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations and communicate necessary changes to the respective departments.
- Coordinate with the legal and compliance teams to implement and maintain appropriate policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with external agencies and auditors to ensure timely submission of reports and documentation for statutory compliance.
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to identify and address any compliance gaps or areas of improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to department heads and employees regarding statutory compliance matters.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science preferred.
- Proven experience of 10-15 years in plastic injection molding and decoration processes.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and processes.
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
