**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening resumes to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
- Develop strong relationships with local institutions and communities to tap into the best talent pools.
- Organize and manage walk-in drives and recruitment events in different cities.
- Collaborate with indiagold’s HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in volume hiring or sales recruitment.
- Strong networking and sourcing skills, with experience using platforms like Naukri, Internshala, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to different cities for recruitment events and walk-in drives.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
