**Objective of this role**

The primary objective of this role is to **attract, identify, and hire top talent for Sales Field Executive and other non-medical positions** within the organization. The recruiter will play a crucial role in **supporting the company’s business growth** by ensuring timely and efficient hiring of skilled professionals for client-facing, operational, and support functions. This role aims to build a strong and scalable workforce aligned with the company's mission in the healthcare sector—**excluding clinical or medical staff recruitment**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for **Sales Field Executives** and **non-clinical roles** such as Operations, Customer Support, Admin, Marketing, and IT.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
- Build and manage a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum **2-4 years of recruitment experience**, preferably in **healthcare industries**.
- Proven track record of hiring for **field sales** and **non-medical support roles**.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Good with Excel, and reporting tools.
- Ability to handle high-volume hiring with short turnaround times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
