
Recruitment Resourcer/administrator

Coordinate with the Director to understand different departments' staffing needs and make sure it's timely recruitment.
- Coordinating with the team who is at the office and keeping a check on their ongoing work and clients on a regular basis.
- Assist in handling employee relations issues, such as conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate and participate in the planning and organization of employee engagement activities, team-building initiatives, and company events.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
