**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the negotiation of job offers and on boarding process.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Up to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
- Familiarity with technical skills like.NET, Reactjs, Node.js, and MongoDB is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

**Total Experience**:
0.5-1 Year

**Relevant Experience**:
1 Year

**CTC per annum**:
Up to 2 Lac
