**Job Title**: Overseas Recruiter

**Location**: Sector 18, Gurugram

**Reports to**: Talent Acquisition Manager / HR Director
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine overseas staffing needs and job requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, resume screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of international talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with international labor laws, visa requirements, and employment regulations.
- Coordinate with legal and immigration teams for work permits and documentation.
- Foster strong relationships with overseas recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and local labor offices.
- Provide regular updates and reports on international recruitment metrics and pipeline status.
- Promote the employer brand in targeted international markets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in international or high-volume recruitment.
- Familiarity with overseas recruitment processes and immigration procedures.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to travel internationally if required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Knowledge of international labor market trends.
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
