Presales/Customer Service Executive Responsbilities To be responsible for making outbound calls daily using data provided Capturing additional information from the customer, screening the customer for their interest in company’s product To inform the potential clients of the company’s products and services Reviewing and analyzing incoming leads for accuracy Verifying your prospective leads’ data, provided by marketing department To work closely with the Sales Team Allocate the Leads to Counsellors Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in international customer service is a plus Location

- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Salary
- Domestic - Max 30k CTC International
- Max 33k CTC Exp
- 6 months-5 years Undergrad with excellent comm skills can be considered people who have calling experience, preferably in customer service in international process.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
