The **Marketing Executive** will play a pivotal role in promoting Ascent Infotech’s services and expanding its reach to prospective students, parents, and institutional partners. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, creative execution, and relationship-building to drive the organization’s growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Marketing Strategy and Execution**:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote educational programs and consultancy services.
- Identify and target prospective students through online and offline channels.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and audience needs.
- **Digital Marketing**:
- Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content and driving audience interaction.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to improve campaign performance.
- **Event Planning and Promotion**:
- Organize and promote seminars, workshops, and webinars in collaboration with universities.
- Represent the organization at education fairs and events to build brand visibility.
- **Lead Generation and Follow-up**:
- Generate leads through targeted marketing initiatives and track their progress.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert leads into enrollments.
- **Collaboration and Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with university partners, schools, and coaching centers.
- Collaborate with the counseling team to align marketing efforts with admission goals.
- **Creative Content Development**:
- Develop promotional materials such as brochures, posters, and advertisements.
- Create compelling content for blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Prepare reports on campaign performance and ROI for management review.
- Suggest improvements based on data analysis and market feedback.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Canva, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM and lead management software.
- Basic graphic designing and video editing skills are a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
