Job Description: Territory Business Executive (TBE)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Business Executive (TBE) to join our team. As a TBE, you will be responsible for expanding our franchise business network within the assigned territory. You will play a vital role in bringing new franchise partners on board and ensuring the success and growth of our brand.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead Follow-Up: Follow up on potential leads provided by the head office and nurture them into successful franchise partnerships. Provide timely and accurate information to interested prospects, answering their queries and guiding them through the process.

Lead Generation: Proactively generate new leads within the territory by leveraging your network, conducting cold calls, retail hunting and actively seeking out potential franchise partners. Identify and engage with individuals or businesses interested in opening a franchise store.

Prospective Partner Support: Meet with interested prospects who show a genuine interest in opening a franchise store after the initial contact. Assist them throughout the entire on boarding process, from initial sign-up to store opening. Provide guidance, training, and support as needed to ensure their success.

Existing Franchise Partner Management: Regularly visit existing franchise partners, establish strong relationships, and address any grievances or concerns they may have. Collaborate with partners to develop strategies for increasing store revenue and ensure their overall satisfaction.

Territory Revenue Growth: Take ownership of the revenue generation for the assigned territory. Work closely with both existing and new franchise partners to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
