JLL supports the Whole You, personally and professionally.
To support Transport management services including the following activities
Oversee cost-effective, comfortable, safe, and secure night cab services to employees.
Overseeing the entire activities of the Service Provider Team
Ensure the Service Provider is supplying manpower and cabs as per the agreed schedules
Get a list of vehicles and drivers list from the Service Provider on or before the 30th of every month Ensure Vehicles and Staff reported at the site are fit for service and duty and discard vehicles/ staff appropriately
Escalate the shortfall immediately to Service provider management (as per the escalation matrix) and escalate unresolved concerns to the next level /Client SPOC
Ensure adequate steps are taken to avoid inconvenience to employees like inappropriate clubbing of routes etc
Oversee the vehicle allocation / Security staff deployment and the timely dispersal of vehicles as per the agreed time schedules
Act as a Point of contact (for Employee feedback communications / Call support to employees)
Handle and manage employee escalations as a First level agent and escalate / report to the next level/Client SPOC as appropriate
Emergency Response & Reporting - incidents/ accidents / Break Downs
MIS validation and invoice processing
Prepare daily/weekly/Monthly report
