**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for planning and designing as per present **DCR & SRA** guidelines
- Responsible for taking approvals for all types of buildings to be made - keeping in mind present rules and regulations
- Provide inputs on the local government laws and regulations during the project planning and design phase to ensure incorporation of the same.
- Coordinate with and visit the approving authorities on a regular basis for statutory approvals and drive the timely approvals.
- Coordination with Project Architects for the same
- Coordination with various consultants (RCC, Interior Services) during different phases of project
- Developing specific goals & plans to prioritize, organize & estimating sizes, distances or determining time, costs, resources, or materials needed to perform a work activity.
- Management, coordination and supervising the work of project as well as the numerous contractors & vendors who contribute to the projects.

**Job Specifications**:

- Knowledge of various building norms, material specifications, market costing.
- Must be Computer Savvy (Ms Excel, Ms Word, etc.)
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is a must.
- Must be updated in latest market trends and technology advances applicable to the field of Architecture.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
