- **Configuration Data Management**:

- **Maintain and update the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) with accurate information about all configuration items (CIs) and their relationships.**:

- **Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular audits of the CMDB.**:

- **Ensure that configuration baselines are properly maintained and documented.**

**Primary Skills**:

- **Change and Release Management Support**:

- **Work with change management and supervisor teams to evaluate the impact of proposed changes on configuration items and related services.**:

- **Ensure that all changes to configuration items are properly tracked and documented.**:

- **Support release management processes (EIS) by ensuring that configuration records are updated to reflect the release of new systems, services, or updates.**:

- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- **Generate and maintain accurate reports related to configuration items and their status.**:

- **Create and update documentation for configuration management processes, standards, and best practices.**:

- **Provide insights and reports on configuration audits and identify any deviations from established baselines.**

**Secondary Skills**:

- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- **Work closely with RUN, Project and AMO teams to ensure alignment in configuration management activities.**:

- **Communicate any configuration discrepancies or issues to the relevant teams and support the resolution process.**:

- **Educate and train team members on configuration management policies and procedures.**:

- **Compliance and Audit**:

- **Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements related to configuration management.**:

- **Participate in internal and external configuration audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.**:

- **Automation and Tooling**:

- **Assist in the implementation and improvement of tools and systems used for configuration management.**:

- **Support automation efforts to streamline configuration tracking and management activities.**
